The recruitment process is considered one of the most important activities in the Human Resources department, as it aims for providing the best highly qualified elements and also for achieving compatibility between the company’s requests and the person’s properties.

The hiring process needs a previous, accurate study for the functional descriptions and the functional properties (The characteristics for the person who is going to be hired), in addition to the study and knowing the human resources sources. We are giving too much attention to the ethical side in the hiring process.

The importance of the hiring process in the Human Resources department goes to the preventing or the decreasing from hiring the wrong person, who will cost the organization too much, not only on the financial level (salaries), but there is also a double coast which is disabling the organization’ s benefits and businesses.
